FOR NYC PUBLIC SCHOOL LEADERS

You have built the foundation. This is the layer that makes it compound.

A 30-minute scoping call with Dr. Amina K. Gordon to size the right partnership for your school.

Who this call is for

This call is for:

Principals and assistant principals planning professional learning for the year
Instructional coaches and department leads supporting math or literacy teams
Directors of student support, college readiness, or family engagement
District staff exploring partnerships across multiple schools

What we do in 30 minutes

You describe what your school has already built and what is working now
We name the specific gap you want closed and what success looks like by February
I outline which program fits, at what scope, and over what timeline
You leave with a clear next step and no obligation

What stays exactly as it is

Your curriculum, your pacing, your assessment structures, and the systems you built with previous partners all stay. The people who built them keep their role. The first session of any engagement is spent learning what your school built, not presenting what I brought.

What you receive after the call

A written proposal with a fixed price and named deliverables, sent within three business days
A scope built to fit school-level purchasing authority for certified M/WBE vendors
Procurement guidance, including funding sources other schools have used
