Cancellation Policy

BOOKING AND PAYMENT Your $350 payment confirms your session. You receive a Zoom link and your intake form by email. INTAKE FORM Complete and return your intake form two to three days before your session. If you book inside that window, return it within 24 hours. Your answers let me prepare so we use the full hour. SCHEDULING Book at least 48 hours before your preferred time, and up to 60 days ahead. RESCHEDULING Reschedule once at no charge up to 24 hours before your session. Email me to choose a new time. A reschedule keeps your full payment toward your session. CANCELLATION AND REFUND Cancel with notice, meaning 24 hours or more before your session, and a 75% fee applies. You receive a 25% refund of $87.50. The remaining $262.50 is non-refundable. Cancel without notice, meaning less than 24 hours before, and the payment is non-refundable. To keep your full payment working for you, reschedule instead of canceling. NO-SHOW A missed session with no notice is non-refundable.
